Open access policy and archiving

The journal follows a policy of information openness and accessibility of the authors' publications on the journal's website.
The journal is available on the journal's website in full text.
Readers and the author(s) can get acquainted with the electronic versions of the current issue of the journal and archives for previous periods. All articles of the journal are distributed electronically for free.
Readers can copy and distribute materials on any medium and in any format, adapt and transform texts, and use content. At the same time, the only condition must be met — the indication of the source and authorship: it is necessary to indicate the output data of the articles, provide a link to the source, and also indicate what changes have been made. 

Readers can use the materials of the published article in the preparation of other publications, including books, educational and methodological publications; use printed or electronic copies of the article for scientific, educational and other purposes, including distributing the article to students and colleagues to promote scientific research, etc.
