Journal Policy
Terms of Article Publication:
Articles that have not been previously published by the author(s) (in print, electronic and other sources) that correspond to the thematic areas of the journal and are formatted according to the requirements (appendix) are accepted for publication.
Subsequent publication of an article accepted for publication in other journals is not allowed, including translations of the published article into other languages.
Articles are accepted in Kazakh, Russian or English.
The article must include bibliographic information in three languages (Kazakh, Russian, English): title, abstract, keywords (at least 3) and information about the authors, including the following information - full name, affiliations, country name, and addresses of the author(s) with the main author, who is the first author in the list of authors. The author for correspondence is also indicated, denoted by the (*) sign.
The article must include the following sections: introduction, literature review, methods, results, conclusions and discussion.
The article is submitted to the editorial board of the journal by the corresponding author (selected from the authors' collective if there are 2 or more co-authors) at least one month before the release of the next issue.
The volume of the article (excluding the title, abstract, keywords, information about the authors) should be at least 2000 and no more than 3000 words. The number of co-authors of one article should not exceed 3 authors.
The recommended list of references should consist of at least 12 sources (articles, scientific works, manuals, etc.), of which 40% should be domestic and 60% foreign, with relevant sources for the last 5 years required.
The literature review should contain a critical overview of fundamental and relevant scientific works by domestic and foreign authors on the issue under study. It is also necessary to show the reader that there is a gap in the existing literature that the researcher must fill with his or her scientific work. The review should be problem-oriented, so a simple listing of existing works cannot be considered a complete review. If necessary, the author may go beyond the narrowly focused specific literature on the topic and consider scientific works from similar (close) fields.
For any previously published statement, articles must have a corresponding reference to the source of information. The reference to the source is formatted as follows: author(s) → article title → article/journal/book title → imprint (issue number, pages, year of publication) in the language of the published article/journal/book.
If the article included calculations or computations, the author(s) must provide scripts, indicate the software and/or libraries in which these calculations were made. If there are errors in the calculations, the article will be returned for revision.
The article must be sent via the journal's website by the author, indicating the metadata of the article and its authors.
No more than one article from one author or the same author as part of a group of co-authors is allowed per issue.
At the stages of work with the article, communication between the editorial board, the corresponding author and the reviewers is carried out via e-mail. At the stage of consideration of the article by the editorial board and reviewers, as well as after its publication, the authors undertake not to submit this article for consideration for publication in another publication.
The editorial board of the journal considers the articles received from the author, organizes the review work. The decision on accepting the article for publication is made after the review procedure within two months from the date of receipt of the article for consideration.
The author(s) of the article approved for publication in the journal are obliged to pay for the article. In exceptional cases, authors may be exempted from payment. The receipt for payment for the publication of the article is sent by the author to the e-mail address of the editorial board of the journal.
